Store Keeper in Dubai

Job Details

Storekeepers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store department ensuring the Stock details are up to date, and also control smooth processing of inventory, storage, and stock maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the stock and the store management

• Maintaining the 5S in the stores

• Maintaining the FIFO

• Responsible for the livestock details & expired materials

• Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation

• Checking the quality and the quantity of the materials received from the vendor

• Track the number of goods receipted/issued each day and compare with the minimum norm to maintain store efficiency

• Keep track of minimum inventory and stock counts for the day

• Coordinating with purchase team and production for the production requirements and inventory management

• Participate in regular monthly stock-taking with internal department and year-end stock-taking with the external auditors

• Responsible for maintaining the store-related documents such as Stocklist, Shelf Life, Expiry material tracking list, GRN (goods receipt note), MIR (Material issue report), etc.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Any qualification

• Min 2 years exp. in handling stores

• Knowledge of different types of papers and other materials regularly used in a printing press

• Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).

• Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).
