Job description / Role
Salary:
AED 12,000 to 18,000 per month
* Worked as an independent sales representative for Kolb Huizhou promoting commercial high-end bakery equipment to all target end-user customers such as hotels, supermarkets, bakeries, coffee chains, convenience stores, etc.
* Manage distributors to actively promote Kolb Huizhou equipment and to provide professional support to Kolb Huizhou equipment end users, including identifying new distributors, coaching and motivating existing distributors
* Achieve sales target for the designated area and able to take initiatives to fulfill any other targets required by the Company
* Enhance relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers to support the ambitious growth of the company in the assigned area
* 80% of the time meeting customers for sales support, product introductions, demonstrations, exhibitions, presentations, or trials, 20% of the time for office jobs
* Responsible for market research, identifying new opportunities, developing action plans, reporting activities, closing the deals, and gathering feedback from customers
* Reply to sales inquiries in the designated area and maintain efficient communication with the Head Office in China
Salary:
AED 12,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Possibility to extend market responsibility to other neighboring countries / Sales commission and annual sales bonus / Travel, phone, health insurance, and car allowance
Requirements
* 3 years experience in sales, preferably at least 2 years working in the food-related industry
* Former executive chef, pastry chef, baker, or mechanical technician could be a plus
* Stationed in Dubai, U.A.E.
* Frequent traveling in the Gulf area is required
* Fluent command of written and spoken English
* Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
* Profound knowledge of bakery or food-related industry
* Possess a car and a valid driving license is an advantage
* Able to obtain a legal working permit in the designated area
