Administrator Job in Business Bay

Paramount Properties is looking for an experienced Administrator with at least One Year Experience working in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Facilite sales process and can prepare the required documents

* Coordinate and facilate property viewings

* Evaluate potential tenants, perform background checks, and finalize lease agreements.

* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

* Prepare, update, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.

* Maintain precise records of property-related paperwork, such as leases, contracts, and agreements from developers.

* Extensive expertise in handling property listings on platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.

* Provide support for routine office administrative tasks.

* Assist the CEO and agent to list properties on Propertyfinder, Bayut & Dubizzle using CRM system

* Female Required

Skills

* Proficient in using the Trakheesi and DLD portals for creating contracts, including forms A, B, F, NOCs, MOUs, and tenancy contracts.

* Capable of securing electronic Trakheesi advertising permits.

* Expert with all MS Office suite applications

* Proactive & can generate leads and listings through tele calling

* Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with tenants, property owners and clients

* Can have own Visa/ under spouse visa.
